Today I am sharing my latest low; I have been feeling off for awhile, and I realized recently that I have been misaligned with my values. This episode has been on my heart to share for awhile and it was not an easy one to record. I am an open book, and want to share my highs and my lows with you, my followers, me listeners, my tribe.
