In this video I’m sharing the exact things I do and still do whenever I catch myself spiraling into comparison. I look in the mirror and speak to myself with more kindness so the inner dialogue shifts instead of attacking me. I use gratitude in the moment not as a performance but as a way to ground my nervous system and interrupt the mental noise. I journal or say what I’m grateful for out loud because it changes my emotional state quickly and brings me back to what’s real. And sometimes I just take a break step away from the noise and sit with my own thoughts so I can handle what’s coming up instead of numbing it or beating myself up.

You’ll walk away with simple tools to help you stop comparing your path to everyone else’s and build more trust in your own timeline with less pressure and more self compassion. This is your reminder that you’re exactly where you need to be and if something needs to change you’re powerful enough to change it without rushing or shrinking yourself.
