She started off her career as an Orthopaedic Surgeon at Mayo Clinic Florida, where she worked for 23 years, where she later went on to become the Medical Director. She also worked at the Yale School of Medicine as the Director and also was the Board Director for BONESUPPORT AB. She is also a published author of Taking Care of You.
