Jealousy is one of the biggest challenges in polyamorous relationships. We often make it worse by telling ourselves we're 'doing polyamory wrong' if we get jealous. In this class, we'll discuss why our stories around jealousy are causing problems. Each participant will create a doable ‘jealousy plan’ to help them treat their jealous moments with the utmost compassion and acceptance.
