This week I have the joy of chatting with FINDA founder Mariya Grinina, and FINDA's Head of Product Martine Dyb.

FINDA are revolutionizing the fashion modelling industry through connecting fashion models with brands directly, only taking a 10% commission, and putting ‘modelpreneurship’ at the heart of everything they do. Rather than favouring certain girls over others, FINDA provides models with a new sense of empowerment — whether it’s through negotiating their own fees, or working in a safe and comfortable environment.

Today, I’ll be chatting with FINDA about building the platform, why the industry needs to change, and how we can make that change.
