Today I have the joy of speaking with Nina-Sophia Miralles – the author of upcoming book “GLOSSY: The Inside Story of Vogue” all about what really happens at Vogue, and how to write a fashion book. In addition to being an author, Nina is also the Co-Founder and Editor of Londnr Magazine, a writer for Harrods magazine, and a Freelance writer for The Paris Review. Basically, she’s a great writer and editor, and I’m genuinely surprised I have never had a legit fashion writer on the podcast before –I’m incredibly excited!

Today I have the joy of chatting with Bradley Sharpe, a 2020 CSM graduate from Nottinghamshire - also known on Instagram as ‘tent boy,' about how to make your style go viral.
After being a design assistant Marc Jacobs in New York for a year, Bradley returned to London to complete his graduate collection - during a pandemic. Utilizing up-cycled outdoor materials, he proves that tents can actually be chic.
This week, I’m chatting with Bradley about how he created a collection that’s as beautiful as it is social media-worthy (despite the odds), and how we can create work that both attracts press, yet is still authentic to our process.

On today's episode, I spoke with Lydia Bolton on how you can become a DIY fashion queen!
Lydia Bolton's namesake brand is made for women who want to look good, and know their clothes did good. Her work reuses unwanted textiles and puts them into fabulous pieces you’ll LOVE to wear.
Featured in miss vogue, the face and grazia UK, Lydia’s pieces don’t sacrifice style street-cred for sustainability and we’re all about that here at fashion originators. I wanted to speak with Lydia specifically today because, during these covid times, she has started selling DIY clothing kits that have become a huge hit – empowering us all to not only become makers, but to also rethink the way the items in our closet are made.

Today I have the joy of chatting with fashion journalist Ayo Ojo about how fashion journalism can be relevant in 2020.
He’s a CSM student, YouTuber behind The Fashion Archive, podcaster behind The Anti Fashion Show, and sharp fashion critic on social media as @fashionroadman. Through his content, Ayo shares an accessible yet academic take on the fashion system - and is one of the few people who reignites my interest in fashion history and design through his work.
On the podcast today, we’re not only going to be discussing Ayo’s content, but we’ll also be discussing the place of fashion journalists / critics in the digital age - and how they can stay relevant as the world changes.
