In this episode we sit down with one of the most down to earth guys we've had the pleasure of having on the podcast, Bas Hollander.
Bas has an enormous amount of experience being a National Presenter and Trainer for Les Mills.
He shares his journey on how he transitioned from doing Judo full time to then becoming a Group Fitness instructor and how he found it difficult having to consider other peoples opinions (for group fitness) where in Judo it was predominantly a sport where his performance was fully his responsibility alone.
He shares his insights on how to find your personality as an instructor and there's some very surprising things he shares about his own self-confidence given his experience and position at Les Mills!
As always you can catch us on Instagram, Youtube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts @TheHighFrequencyClub.
