Developing a Closer Relationship with Sacred Scripture 

On 30 Sept 2019, Pope Francis established that the Third Sunday in Ordinary Time to be the Sunday of the Word of God. The purpose is to reawaken in the church "the importance and value of sacred Scripture for the Christian life, as well as the relationship between the word of God and the liturgy.” This week, Catholic At Home speaks to Bishop Richard Ng and Fr Andy Lee from the Diocese of Miri on the importance of the word of God in our personal lives and in the liturgy.
