Mother:
A British Dr is convicted of murdering 15 patients.  A Public Inquiry later states he was responsible for at least 250 in total and had at least 450 other deaths connected to him, but murder could not be proven.

So why does he barely rate a mention in the annals of history except for changes to the National Health Service due to his actions, and people talk more about Dr Crippen than him?
