Karissa talks with Tiffani of House Our Neighbors, the organization that spearheaded the social housing initiative in Seattle. This was SUCH an incredible breath of fresh air to break free from this narrow box our conversations about affordable housing solutions are confined to here in southwest Washington and to imagine something so much better. De-commodified housing is an internationally proven model for TRULY affordable housing in perpetuity and needs a local movement to force it into the policy discussion.
