Have you ever gotten angry when someone tells you "Don't take things personally?" Or "Don't be Scare?" You are angry because IT IS PERSONAL. When you are experiencing someone close and personal, it is difficult to keep your lighthearted.

In this episode, I share something that happens to me personally last week. I believe this is how we cultivate compassion. We all experience something similar in our lives that allow us to exercise our compassion for others. Putting ourselves in someone else's shoes.
