Let's be honest, it's been a wild year so far! Whether you're teaching online or getting back to in-person instruction, there's a lot of pressure to provide students and other faculty with plenty of support. But that's not possible without making sure that you are being cautious of how many things you are working on at once. After all the times I have overextended myself in the past, I learned a thing or two about how to fill up my schedule wisely. Listen in as I share my best advice for how to avoid burning yourself out this school year.
