If there’s anything I try to avoid it’s a tough conversation. From having to hang on the line with a call centre to having it out with someone close to me the last thing I want to do is engage with someone when the subject matter is not my cup of tea.

So recently I’ve been thinking of ways to employ practice into a tough talk and in this episode O share a few guidelines I’ve been using for approaching a difficult chat and they seem to work.
