# 44 Stiff, Sore, Tired & No Sleep, 5 Ways to Fix These Common Problems

Springtime work never ends. It also is accompanied by exhaustion, aches, and lots of muscles stiffness and soreness. When we work in cold, damp weather, our bodies take the brunt of it and we can feel everything twinge, ache, pain and after a while it really takes a toll.

Today we will talk about what you can do to feel better. How you can ease aches and pains, have more energy during the day and sleep better at night. I make these five things apart of my morning and nighttime routine. They are quick, easy and make a huge difference when you are exhausted, stiff, sore and even grouchy.

  1. Warm up muscles before going outside and when you get inside warm up from the inside out
  2. Stretch- morning and night
  3. Massage
  4. Gentle range of motion
  5. Hot shower before bed
