The thought of appearing fallible is gut-wrenching to some people.  They need to be seen as all knowing and capable.  Not just capable but super.  However, those feelings are the very epitome of ego.  Your higher self knows that vulnerability creates community.

There is an embarrassment many people feel in reaching out for assistance from anyone.  They see their need for help to a sign of weakness, that they are flawed.  The truth is vulnerability is a quality that draws people to us.  When we ask others for help we are subtly bolstering there sense of importance.  Everyone digs that.

On today's show I talk about how to ask for help, and not just ask for it but why you should be asking for help.
