I'm no mystic but I certainly know when things are amiss in the Universe.  I can feel when the energy of the people around me is a little off.  And I feel that now.  I sense that even though we are only two weeks into the new yea that people are already feeling a little defeated about their goals or resolutions.

Well, dont give up just yet my friends.  I have a pick me up that is full of ways to retool your thinking to have you getting right back up.
