I feel you, trust me.
If you know me, you know I LOVE to travel. Now, when I'm travelling internationally, I typically have one major goal: eat as much delicious food as possible (okay, okay… and stay active, explore the sights, etc.).
But here's the thing — I also travel a good bit domestically. And I found that given I travel so much, I was getting WAY off track with my goals, because I kept telling myself, I'll just get back on track when I get home… but I was never home!
