Schneider reflects on the changing news landscape, the impact of the internet, misinformation, and the importance of teaching people to become discerning consumers of news.
They discuss the creation of news literacy education, its growing role in universities and high schools, and Schneider’s work with the Alan Alda Center for Communicating Science.
