I received an email from a woman who was explaining to me that she wants to exercise, but when she starts her new exercise routine she has to stop because she has pain and can’t finish. Leading to frustration, anger, and feeling like there is nothing she can do.
This is such a common problem that I wanted to turn it into an episode, so this week of the B WELL podcast we are going to cover the deeper levels of the thoughts behind the emotions when it comes to these types of situations. Whether this is in relation to life in general, or dealing with injuries and pain. Because these issues are not as cut and dry as we make them out to be.
