I wanted to increase empowerment and autonomy in my organization, but at first, stress and burnout increased. Because of the freedom and autonomy, people got more motivation and wanted to work harder and deliver better results. I asked myself the question: “How can you stop working harder and reach even better results?”  Through experience and trial and error, I learned the key ingredients to answer that question.
