Forget the naysayers. Like an amphitheater for large outdoor crowds or a stadium for 45,000 screaming fans, Facebook is a venue. It's not a 1-size-fits-all venue, but it's a venue nonetheless, and you have to respect these reasons WHY you as a video producer or filmmaker should be interacting there. I don't mean SPAM, ME, ME, ME (rinse and repeat) but actively engaging in the local (film) community you're a part of. The virtual and physical world are quickly becoming one and the same in our communications, so you can't neglect - as a visual storyteller -  this 2-billion-plus-member venue just because you're not a fan of Zuck or you're a crazy conservative or an extreme liberal or a dark-side-of-the-moon resident or _________(choose-your-own-excuse)_________.
