Video producers and budding filmmakers, when you are running your video production business, there will be a temptation to jump the gun. A temptation that might take you sometime - if left unchecked - for you to counteract. The temptation is to assume you have a deal when you don't yet truly have a deal. Boilerplate (Investopedia Definition):

"The term boilerplate or boilerplate text refers to text, or a standardized document, method, or procedure. "Boilerplating" is sometimes used disparagingly to refer to a lack of originality or sincere effort. In the field of contract law, documents containing boilerplate language, or language that is considered generic or standard in contracts."
