On May 26, 1980, an 18-year-old runaway was picked up by a state trooper in Minnesota, who viciously raped and murdered her while on duty. Her body was discovered about a week later and her remains were ultimately buried as an unidentified person. In 1989, her murderer confessed but sadly, she would still not be identified until 2015, when DNA was finally confirmed. This is the story of Michelle Busha.
