I'm just back from a transformative and restorative retreat in northern Spain where I got some essential solo exploration time and also took part in a lovely and amazing group retreat offered by friend-of-the-podcast Monique Giroux (here's her website so you can get to know her better!) and spent with some truly amazing women.
