Bio:
Keabetswe Khage known to the masses as Kay Mood WEAPONz is a DJ/Podcaster hailing from Gauteng, Pretoria in Mabopane. Born in 1997 April 8th, Kay Mood discovered his love for House Music at 13 years young through his uncle David 'DJ Dede' Khage.
In the year 2012, A trio called Adventures Of Deep SA was formed through childhood friends Itumeleng 'Marvel Heinz' Magopane & Gift 'Ceeco Neido' Masilela. The trio later became a duo of Marvel Heinz & Kay Mood WEAPONz till this day.
Influenced by shows like Deeper Shades Of House, Freerange Radio Show & Deep Space Podcast, Kay Mood WEAPONz decided to venture into the art of DJ'ying through the help of Andrew Boiyane (Drewberry) in 2013.
Kay Mood WEAPONz has recorded a numerous number of guest mixes for shows like Deep Space Podcast (hosted by Marcelo Tavares), Interminable Melodies Podcast (hosted by Kaytroniq 94), The Excursion c.2014 (hosted by DeepAssassin SA) just to name a few & has also earned a slot on The Excursion c.2014 from the year 2016 till 2018.
He's also pushing his own podcast show called Controversial Objections on HearthisAt (link below). Currently Kay Mood WEAPONz only does podcasts & few gigs here & there but he's a force to be reckoned with when given a chance.
