Sadly we are not taught that our body is able to heal or what interrupts the body’s ability to do it. 

Healing cannot take place without your consent, collaboration, or at the very least, your cooperation. At some level, there must be a buy-in to your healing or it won’t happen.

Why’s that? Because all healing is self-healing. Healing comes from within. It’s not an external thing that happens to you. It’s an internal thing that happens because of you.

You are in control of your healing.
