46: AI-Powered Consulting Growth
For as long as I've had a consulting business, I've observed two main obstacles consultants face while trying to grow revenue:
1. They don't know what works (strategies, tactics, channels, etc.).
2. They are too busy delivering client engagements to prioritize marketing and sales.
If you've been following my content, you know I talk about how consultants can address these challenges to grow sales.
With AI, you can now solve these problems better and faster. You've just got to know which tools (and combinations) to use.
I'm not an AI expert but I've been experimenting with a few tools specifically to help solve these two issues for consultants.
