For this season, I'm taking a small turn into retreating further to just behind the mic. 

In this episode, I'm going to reflect on what the last year has been for me and some things I'm walking away with especially life before my A-HA moment and now life after that A-HA moment. 

Going forward, conversations are going to be on topics to do with energy, astrology, esoteric "woo-woo" topics but still central to the mind-body-heart-soul theme of conversation. 

My hope is that the content is going to help unfold something for you. Something that will help bring yourself to a new level of awareness for and within yourself.
