In this episode, Lindsey shares a recent life lesson she learned from a community she’s apart of. From speaker-author Nataly Kogan, Lindsey explains how the struggle is optional. Life will always have challenges, but we don't have to struggle with each of those challenges. It’s about how we learn to shape our thoughts in response to problems and how we choose to approach them. So many of the struggles we face are rooted in how we react to external events. There's no denying that challenges are real, but the struggle is often brought about by our own thoughts and actions. Choosing to face challenges with negative energy will only amplify the struggle.
