46. People Pleasing

 If you think you aren't a people pleaser, think again!   In fact, it's one of the biggest stressors that I coach people on.  And it makes total sense...We're wired for survival in the tribe, reproduction, connection.   So it would make sense that we'd want people to like us.

But this worry gets in the way sometimes.  It makes us act out of fear and try to do what we think other people will want rather than honoring what we really want OR doiong it out of genuine love for them.
