Social media always brings me all kinds of negative emotions: anxiety, addiction, anger…
More importantly, my time slips away among endless short videos.
So I made up my mind to quit social media. I can’t say I’ve completely succeeded yet, but I’ve already seen some progress.
The most immediate result: my life has become much more relaxed. :)
