Two weeks ago after reading an interesting passage in Change Your Thoughts, Change your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao I was moved to try an experiment that the late Wayne Dyer talked about in his book, go a week without subjecting yourself to any violent images, directly or indirectly.
Today I talk about how I did with that challenge and how it has impacted me going forward. The results of the experiment were interesting but the transformation afterwards is what continues to fascinate me.
Initially I encouraged listeners to try it for themselves. Hopefully after this recap the impetus will prove to be stronger. You won't want to miss today's episode.
Thanks again for listening to the show! If it has helped you in any way, please share it using the social media buttons you see on the page.
Also, reviews for the podcast on iTunes are extremely helpful, they help it reach a wider audience. The more positive reviews the higher in the rankings it goes. Of course that means more peace in the world. So please let me know what you think. I read ever one of them.
One goal of ZEN commuter is to create community. If you enjoyed the show then keep the conversation alive and leave a comment. It is a great way to share the episode with your fellow travelers.
