Meredith MacKenzie is a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Intuitive Eating Coach. Her journey through eating disorder recovery to becoming a binge-eating therapist led her to create a caring and respectful relationship with her body. All this was put to the test during her experience with infertility and miscarriage. Meredith shares about she implements body respect and an intuitive relationship with food and movement into her grief of baby loss, and how she supports women in their own journeys to loving their bodies.
