It's Jewish New Year, seasons are changing and Q4 is upon us.

This led me to think about how we all wait until New Year to set out our new intentions and well I hate the word, but goals also.

However, what most of us don't then do, is periodically check in as to how we are doing both against our vision but also mentally, emotionally, physically and financially.
