Each of us encounters conflicting thoughts, beliefs, and values throughout our lives, and it's in these moments that cognitive dissonance arises. 


This weeks episode talks all about this idea of cognitive dissonance. We dive into what it is, how to recognize it, and to do what to do when it comes up. We'll also explore the discomfort that often accompanies cognitive dissonance and talk about the effective strategies to alleviate it, leading to personal growth and aligning your values and beliefs.


Whether it comes to the small day to day things we encounter or the big topics, such as our faith journeys, we will talk about how questioning these things can lead to tremendous personal growth. This cognitive dissonance we experience can motivate us to critically evaluate our beliefs, seek out additional information, and revise our understanding.
