I can't believe that it is one year since I first launched this podcast. It was under a different name in those days. It was called 'attracting and retaining customers' and it took me about a year of thinking about doing a podcast before I actually got round to launching the first episode. So here we are a year later and unbelievably it is episode 47 – we didn't do anything over Christmas and in the early days there was no set timescale as to when the podcast went out, unlike now when he goes out every Monday.

This episode thanks all the people who have inspired this podcast and who help make it happen every Monday as well as sharing tips and ideas for sales and presentations that have emerged whilst it's been up and running.
