I was looking for some research that talking about why reading was important and I stumbled across an article on the Reader’s Digest website. I do not know when the article was written or posted, but the information is relevant.

Now, you know how I feel about reading, books, ebooks, and knowledge in general. I mean, common, I am the creator of the book study podcast, right? Rrrrrright. Anyway, the article was titled: This Is Why Reading Is So Important for Your Brain, written by Marc Peyser and it had some interesting findings.
