I used the word INTEGRATED for this week.

Past tense.

While allowing the awareness of something that has integrating.

And basking in the effects.

Integrated of past with present.

Integrated into a moment of calm and contentment.

Integrated into new experiences with presence and curiosity.

And not rigid expectations.
