AND invite light and compassion.

Not to bypass the pain and the purpose of it.

But to allow the expansion, growth and maturing of understanding to become more formed.

It included the internal and external awareness that I noticed.

I believe this experiment is paramount in learning more about how we operate, and where to lean in.

And - where to surrender.
