I help high-achieving women who have experienced abusive relationships create hope, courage, and confidence to own their thoughts and love who they are through an holistic approach of mindset tools, health, and spirituality.
As a domestic abuse survivor, I used high achievement to gain significance and create connection. Yet, I always put others first, draining myself until I felt resentment and unfulfilled. Learning how to use mindset tools and spirituality to create new beliefs and stories -- putting myself first and giving to others from the overflow -- created confidence, self-love, and certainty that I could own my thoughts and my future.
