I have been marinating on speaking about my skeleton career/life because I wasn’t sure if I needed separation... well skeleton is my life right now and will be for the next few years so- it’s here to stay! 

Today we’re addressing the Federation and it’s inability to learn from years and years of requesting better communication. At this point it's intentional. They have no plans of changing. They have no plans of being or doing better, so we should just accept it. ABSOLUTELY NOT! It baffles me the number of requests and complaints regarding the lack of communication, but there is zero improvement (doing it once is not improvement). 

There are so many athletes who have come and gone from this program for decades who are mere phantom memories of senior sliders who come from that era. The lack of acknowledgement for participation, contribution or feats is beyond embarrassing. 

The athletes of the USA program constantly pour their livelihoods into this team just to be disrespected by a Federation who can't grant them the bare minimum of communicating plans much less validating their time in the sport.
