"Take your power back."  I've heard that phrase so many times, but what does it really mean, and how do you do it?  Because disempowered is what we've been feeling lately with COVID-19.  Like there's nothing we can do! 

Empowerment is realizing that you have control over the results in your life, even when you can't control everything around you. When you understand that it isn't the stuff around you that is keeping you down, you start to feel hopeful, motivated and are willing to take action.

Empowered is one of the biggest things I hear people say at the end of our coaching calls, and it's why I LOVE this work!
