In this episode, I am coming out of hiding. I've realized I stepped out of integrity when it came to my original intention of creating this podcast and even the purpose of me being a guide for others. A part of my soul's mission is to share my experiences, to lead by example, and to then teach others what I've learned with healing. Around two years ago though, I took down all my episodes where I shared my story. Eventually, I stopped talking about it all together. Which means, I really stopped sharing my lessons. Shame came back to play and had me in a choke hold. I started to hide away. But as I've worked with this new layer of shame, here I am again, coming out of hiding. Allowing myself to be seen, with a story to tell. Thank you for witnessing me. The healing journey continues. May we all walk each other home.
