Lori is the founder of Stress Free Kids. She has authored many children’s books meant to teach children techniques and tools to manage stress, big emotions and self-esteem. I saw her newest book in the Scholastic book order just today - it’s called Stay Cool at School. Lori’s tips have been featured in hundreds of media outlets including CBS News, CNN Living, WebMD and Family Circle Magazine. 

We talk about tools you can bring into your own home, how your stress impacts your child. We go over reducing the brain chatter in your child’s head, what to do when your child wants to stay mad and Lori even walks us through some deep breathing.
