Natalie Lowe
I am a strength & conditioning coach and owner of Pro-Fit Golf Conditioning, based in south Manchester. Having played as an amateur for over 10 years and professionally on the LET Access Series; I understand the importance of fitness when it comes to improving your golf game. Using TPI's screening system and in-depth knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics; I help create fitness programs for all level golfers varying from PGA pro's, playing professionals, high level amateurs and weekend warriors. I have come across many golfers struggling to improve due to physical restrictions and in my experience every golfer can benefit from improving their mobility, stability and strength in relation to their golf swing. I am passionate about achieving the best results for my clients and working alongside golf coaches, physiotherapists and sports nutritionists I can provide the highest level of information entirely specific to the individual. I am a TPI Level 3 professional and a certified UKSCA Strength & Conditioning Coach.
