Anytime the little voice in your head says you can’t do something, just know that it’s not true. This is just your ego trying to keep you safe and comfortable. It might seem counterintuitive, but change can be scary because we don’t always know what’s on the other side of the changes we want to make. Or, you might be afraid of the responsibility that comes with those changes.
