  • 48. Personal growth doesn't come from self criticism + I did Magic Mushrooms 🍄✨
Hiiie, welcome back!! Today’s episode is about how to get yourself out of a funk when you start not feeling good enough for your dreams. Anytime the little voice in your head says you can’t do something, just know that it’s not true. This is just your ego trying to keep you safe and comfortable. It might seem counterintuitive, but change can be scary because we don’t always know what’s on the other side of the changes we want to make. Or, you might be afraid of the responsibility that comes with those changes.
So if you’re ready to experience a new version of life but feel stuck, this is a good episode to tune into :)
Other things we talk about in this epi:
    • You can’t shame yourself into change
    • Dropping the victim mindset
    • Letting go when ideas aren’t coming through
    • Having fun as a way of healing
    • Everyone is on their own timeline / No one is in a race
    • Avoiding the self comparison trap
    • How to reframe self comparison by using the Law of Attraction

  • 47. Are you placing your manifestations on a pedestal?
Hii hi :) Have you ever noticed yourself getting frustrated with the manifestation process? Thinking that it’s taking too long or that you’re not good enough to actually manifest what you really want? Because same. I used to think that manifesting was hard… that I had to force things to work. And it felt likeI had to hold on for dear life once I finally did get the thing I wanted. But I had it all wrong - I didn’t know that God actually wants me ( and you ) to have everything our hearts desire. There should be no forcing, no stress, no self doubt.
Sound too good to be true? It’s not! I explain how this is all possible in the episode.
    Let’s dive in!

  • 46. The money will come. Self doubt is just a made up story that you can rewrite at any point
Hiiie, I have a bonus episode for you guys this week. Yay! I was inspired to create this episode because last night I had a moment where I wanted to give up on everything. I started experiencing thoughts of “what’s the point” and “this is taking too long” and “I’m not good enough” … but there was still a small part of me who knew those thoughts weren’t true. So I did some mindset work, FINALLY fell asleep (after tossing and turning until 1AM) and later that morning I woke up to an extra $500 / month in my bank account! A huge blessing from God that reminded me that sometimes things get really hard before they get really good.
Here’s a little more of what’s in this epi:
    - Overcoming self doubt
    - Power of expanders
    - Taking inventory of your support systems
    - Creating new support systems
    - Fear of change
    - Fear of judgement
Make sure you’re following the podcast so you don’t miss out on any future bonus episodes hehe 🩷
    Love youuu 🥰🥰🥰

  • 43. It’s better to appear strange to others than to be a stranger to yourself.
Hiii , welcome back :) I almost started this little intro with “today, we’re getting weird,” but let’s be honest, the entire concept of this podcast is pretty weird, isn’t it? So we’re basically always getting weird over here, haha.
My intention for this episode is to inspire you to embrace a lifestyle where you do things because they make you happy, not because you’re trying to be accepted by the people you spend the most time with.

    - What it means to be a weirdo
    - The role your ego plays in all of this
    - The journey to living unbothered

    - A new way of looking at money
    - Tips for embracing your weirdness
    - A powerful question to ask yourself that will help you live more authentically

  • 42. How do you spend your time when no one is watching?
Hi hi :) .. Someone asked me to do an episode on how to stay sane while working two jobs and creating your dream life. I thought I’d answer this question with another question - How do you spend your time when no one is watching?
The two-job life is not ideal, but it do be like that sometimes. 🫠 … To get through it, you have two choices: 1. complain about having to work so much & party / get drunk every time you have a day off, or 2. Remind yourself this is temporary, have gratitude for your income & be mindful of how you spend your free-time… I go deeper on the topic in the episode, but just wanted to give you something to think about before you dive in.
I had a lot of fun recording this one! It feels like we’re on a cute lil matcha date having girl-talk, hehe 🥰🍵☕️
