Rachel is a strength coach who has impacted athletes all over the world. She's worked with LSU as well as in the St. Louis Cardinals and Houston Astros organizations. She is currently working towards a Master's Degree is Holland, Amsterdam.

Over the last ten years, he has consulted at every level of college athletics and with MLB, NHL, NFL, and Olympic teams and individuals. He was most recently the Human Performance Coach for the San Francisco Giants and consulted with the team in 2021 when they set a franchise record with 107 wins while winning the National League West. He is the author of Breathe, Focus, Excel and Without Words, "Mastering the Art of Being." His work has been featured in major publications such as Sports Illustrated and The Athletic.
