Charles Ray Fox, Jr. is a native of Brooklyn, New York. Currently, he is the Senior Pastor of Christ Community Church in Bowie, MD. Before serving as a Pastor, Charles (Ph.D.) taught at Regent University at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
