Hello! After almost a month long, unplanned hiatus, I'm back and taking a little baby step back into podcasting/putting myself out there again. Some of you know, I had a recent event happen in my family and it has left me feeling very lost, uncertain, and empty.

But, I feel the need to be here because here is where I found my voice and my connection with myself and it's where I feel it the strongest.
